This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in ReVibe Aesthetics.
During newsletter signup or membership registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Orders
We request information from you on our website to purchase skin care products. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. You will be charged a $50 booking fee at the time of booking that will be applied to services booked/received during your appointment.
Should the appointment be canceled with less than 24 hour notice for any reason the $50 booking fee will charged to the card on file and not applied to the account for future use. This is to cover the appointment time missed (the no show fee/late cancelation fee).
Any person who is 15 or more minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged the $50 fee.
We understand last minute things come up, but if you are unable to make it please call so we can make the time available to other clients. The no-show/late cancelation fee will still be charged for any appointment canceled within the 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Practice Patient Relationship
I am honored to have you as a client, but ReVibe Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse appointments or services to anyone, at any time for any reason.
Payment
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Gift cards and coupons must be mentioned at time of purchase to redeem.
Pricing & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (Aspire, Alle) to obtain rewards points earned on previous injection services rendered or gift cards that were purchased through the manufactures website.
Refunds for Services
ReVibe Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or are unhappy with the outcome. As stated in our consent forms, "I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed."
Refunds for Products
We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for ReVibe Aesthetics CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, over the phone or online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. ReVibe Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. All gift cards expire 1 year after issue date.
